The send email schedule or workflow step sends a notification to a list of email addresses. Only the Workflow version of this step supports Rule Engine templating for the values.
For the Send Email step to work, you must first configure Panel Tools SMTP settings with a valid SMTP server.
Recipient – Comma separated list of email addresses
Subject – Message subject
Message – Message text. May include HTML markup if Send as HTML is checked
Send as HTML – Whether message is plaintext or HTML
