If you have lost access, you can reset access by doing the following (om-premise customers):
Edit security settings
- Navigate to the Security settings section
- Enter the groups you have selected for Admin, Writer and User access
- Click "Save"
If you incorrectly enter the Admin group you will lose access to Sync Panel. If that happens you can reset the
security settings by:
Navigate to the application folder and open a command prompt in MongoDB\bin
You will need to open a ticket and your identity and request will need to be thoroughly vetted (for security reasons).
