Travel: North American customers who purchase a Knowledge Package subscription and do not have a business location within 50 miles from London, UK or other classroom location will have their accommodations provided by SoftwareIDM for up to two delegates per 365 day term, per Knowledge Package. Customers who require air travel, will also have their travel provided, including air, hotel, and transfers for up to two delegates, for one training, per subscription year. In many cases, a SoftwareIDM funded Uber account is provided. Delegates will need a mobile device. Travel often will be to the UK or EU (See Unable to travel below).
Customers outside of North American will need to travel to training at their own expense.
Extra days: Customers who travel from North America abroad may be required to travel one to three days prior to training, to allow the delegate to adjust to the time change. North American traveler's can request extra days for leisure or R&R, if they agree to book their own arrangements and pay their own expenses for those day, and if SoftwareIDM determines that the traveler's choice of departure or arrival date does not materially add to SoftwareIDM's costs.
Passports and Visas: At their own expenses, customers are required to obtain Passports and Visas, where applicable. Customers must complete a delegate information form before the due date. This form includes identity information that is required to book travel, other contact information, optional travel numbers like airline loyalty numbers, special accommodations requirements, ADA requirements, dietary requirements, and emergency contacts.
Unable to travel: If you organization has policies that prevent from your traveling, you may be charged extra to have training brought to you. Failure to attend training may prevent you from using SoftwareIDM software and services, or reaching partner status.
Reimbursements: SoftwareIDM will not make reimbursements or give credits for travel expenses paid for by the traveler, unless explicitly agreed upon via email from Todd Mollerup.
Trip start and end: If SoftwareIDM is booking your trip, your trip begins at departure from the assigned airport, and end upon arrival. The traveler is responsible for
Missed flights and trips: SoftwareIDM will invoice customer for any ticket and booking costs for any customer who requests travel, but cancels or does not attend, if those bookings are not refundable or consumed by someone else. The customer can then submit for attendance at another time, with travel benefits if applicable.
There is no credit for customers who do not need or use there travel benefit
