The Managed Service Console is a SaaS service from SoftwareIDM that allows authorized managed service providers to see a limited view of monitored information for a pool of customers. This include customers running Identity Panel Azure Marketplace Edition (SaaS) or on premise. For Identity Panel SaaS customers, they can elevate the permission of their Managed Service Provider as need, including administrative permissions. For customers running Identity Panel on premise, it allows the customer and their Managed Service Provider to only monitor the customers MIM and systems, without any PII, from the cloud through a web browser, mobile device, and workflow automation. In this second, where the customer is running Identity Panel on-premise, the Manage Service Console will only show MIM and system health. The Service Managed Provider or customer would then need to switch to the on-premise version of Identity Panel under a local network ID, to perform more actions.
The Managed Service Console also expands the security and control options for customer when working with an authorized third party.
