The Managed Service Console is a SaaS service from SoftwareIDM that allows a single customer's authorized managed service vendor to see a limited view of monitored systems and information. For the managed service vendor, the console provides a single pane-of-glass for monitoring a pool of customers; this includes customers running Identity Panel Azure Marketplace Edition (SaaS) or customers running Identity Panel on premise with the Managed Service Console feature enabled. Identity Panel SaaS customers can elevate the permission of their managed service vendor as needed from within the administration sections of Identity Panel. For customers running Identity Panel on premise, the Managed Service Console allows the customer and their managed service vendor to monitor the customer's MIM and systems without including any PII, from a cloud host UI supporting a desktop of mobile browser.
