The Managed Service Console is a SaaS service from SoftwareIDM that allows authorized managed service providers to see a limited view of monitored information for a pool of customers. This include customers running Identity Panel Azure Marketplace Edition (SaaS) or on premise. For customers running Identity Panel on premise, it give them and their managed service provider to monitor that installation from the cloud through a web browser, mobile device, and workflow automation in addition to those implemented on premise by the customer.
The Managed Service Console also expands the security and control options for customer when working with an authorized third party.
