Install or Upgrade to Identity Panel 4.x
Apply Service Panel license key
Optionally apply license keys for external connection providers
Obtain an SSL certificate for the desired Service Panel URL
Add an additional host/port binding to the IdentityPanel virtual directory. The host name must be different from the Identity Panel host name
Edit Program Files\SoftwareIDM\IdentityPanelWeb\Web\config.json. Uncomment the Application:ServicePanelHost key, and set the value to the DNS hostname of the new binding
